Jeremiah James "JJ" Hoffmeier, our grandson

Jeremiah "JJ" Hoffmeier, son of our daughter Ruth and her husband Mark, took his life Oct 25th, 2010.
Today is the 1st anniversary of that horrible day for all of us as his family and the many friends he left behind.
A lot of different emotions today.
We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that JJ is in heaven with our Heavenly Father and all of our family that is up there with him.
We are a stronger family and we will get through this!!!

Who I am

First of all, you will notice my name says Diva Linda. I am soo not a diva!!! My friend, Cindy Galbraith has Stampin Up classes and she needed some helpers so Martha Culp and I became her helpers. She didn't like calling us helpers so she gave us the name Diva.
We have had a lot of laughs with that!

I am a wife of 44 yrs to Harold Morrow, mother to Gerald Morrow and Ruth Hoffmeier. I am a Grandma, NeeNee to 5 wonderful grandchildren; Abby and Cooper Morrow, Matthew, JJ (he has left us for heaven), and Tommy Hoffmeier.




My hubby pastors Tampico Baptist Church and has for almost 7 yrs so I am a pastor's wife. I feel truly blessed to work along side of him and do whatever I can to further God's Kingdom.


I love crafting like card making.

I am a procrastinator, big time!!!! I always seem to be running late. My sister, Shirley, has said I will be late for my own funeral!

I am blessed with good health and I thank God for that!

I would rather be doing anything except cleaning my house!

My first ever blog entry

This is a whole new thing to me but sometimes I feel I need to spread the word for different causes so my friend, Cindy Galbraith, has been encouraging me to start a blog.
I know my posts won't be near as funny as hers but I hope I can be an encouragement along this journey of Life.
